I'm a student of politics, and also an political activist of the left persuasion.
In my spare time I'm also editor of holisto.com, a directory site for holistic practitioners. But I believe in integrative rather than alternative medicine.
I'm a fan of Ken Wilber's integral theories, but not as applied to politics.
I like strong tea with just a little milk, preferably made with Lyons gold label tea bags, and with freshly boiled filtered water.
Have a look at my blog to find out the latest things on my mind!
